BASE CONTROL UNIT FEATURES

• Nema 4X weatherproof fiberglass enclosure with severe duty, weatherproof Deutsch connectors (each keyed).
• Bullet proof design to assure absolute reliability. The PCB will not "fry" under short circuit conditions.
• Practically indestructible solid state relays. No mechanical devices to wear out.
• Double overcurrent protection is provided; both circuit breakers and solid-state current sensors for outputs and input feed lines.
• All optically isolated inputs to separate vehicle voltages from control circuits.
• LEDs on every input and output. Inputs are green, outputs are yellow, alerts are red.
• All safety-critical functions have fail-safe design where the computer confirms an operator-initiated action. Fault detection built-in.
• "Body Badge" riveted to truck ensures only the correct control programs will operate on each truck.
• One box fits all! No control wiring changes are required to accommodate option equipment, accessories, truck voltages or user operating specifications.
• The control has a removable memory card for storing and updating every possible application program.
• The control unit has self-test function that will display truck wiring error codes.
• A bright four digit LED display shows program and error codes.
• Built-in "truck test" program confirms operation of all truck mounted switches and devices.
