About Us
We are a small company that has been in existence for 20 years… now re-energized by enthusiastic new owners after being sold by the original founders in February of 2002.
We are a dual function company:
As a Stocking Distributor we sell a wide assortment of high-quality, competitively priced components to OEM’s and contractors for motor control, thermal control & automation applications. You will find over 2000 different items in stock with another 10,000 part numbers just a short time away. We are committed to quality but clearly understand the competitive nature of the machine building business. It may seem like some of the BIG BRAND names (like Allen Bradley) are absent… but we cut through the relationships that exist with most of the well-known US suppliers of these same products by contracting with the ACTUAL manufacturers to market their goods under their own private label names. In the spirit that a Buick is essentially a Chevy with a different hood ornament, same quality items, different name but the savings are passed on to you.
As a provider of manufacturing (value add) services and UL Approved 508A “panel shop”, we can make-up custom, one-of-a-kind control panels rapidly or produce repetitive quantities of your proprietary design on a scheduled basis. With degreed engineers on staff, we can even help with design assistance. We carry the high volume component cost advantage from the distribution side of the business over to the manufacturing operations to serve you as “The Lowest Cost Provider of Panels.”
You deserve to speak to an intelligent human when you call... not be shunted to an automated menu or voicemail box. We are patient with every question, no matter how simplistic or complex. If we do not have the information or know the answer immediately, we will find it and get back to you promptly.
We will not LIE to our customers. If Murphy’s Law strikes and our supplier’s plant washes away in a flood, we will call you to share the bad news as soon as we know it.
We will “Hold Your Hand”. After sale follow-up and support are important to us because they are important to you and your customers. When we bought this company we adopted a Customer First policy and repaired or replaced previously shipped equipment, even making on-site visits to correct problematic installations done in the past. We will not abandon you.
We will ship by UPS that day if an item is in stock and you call before 3:00 PM.
We don’t cut corners on quality. Each manufactured unit is resistance tested and visually inspected to conform to customer specifications.
One other thing you should know. While our prices are great, we in no way sacrifice quality to achieve this end. We do not deal in cheap, poor quality, commodities. Our offerings are all manufactured to stringent standards and conform to and meet world-testing benchmarks. You can deal with us in confidence!
